JKPSC Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Document Verification 2025, Check Details Here

The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has issued a notification regarding the verification of documents for the posts of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in the Animal/Sheep Husbandry & Fisheries Department. Candidates provisionally shortlisted in Annexure-A and Annexure-B are required to present their original documents for verification in accordance with Rules 27 & 28 of the JKPSC (Business & Procedure) Rules, 2021.

The verification process follows the reference of two official notifications:

  • Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2025/09 dated 04-03-2025
  • Notification No. PSC/Exam/S/2025/12 dated 10-03-2025

Important Details on Document Verification

  • The inclusion of candidates in Annexure-A and Annexure-B is purely provisional and only for document verification.
  • This does not confer any right or claim for final selection, appointment, or recommendation.
  • The process remains subject to court rulings on any pending writ petitions.
  • Candidates must present original certificates related to:
    • Age proof
    • Educational qualifications
    • Internship completion
    • State Veterinary Council registration or equivalent
    • Category certificate (if applicable)
    • Disability certificate (if applicable)

Self-Declaration Submission Deadline
Candidates included in Annexure A and B must submit a self-declaration indicating their service preference in the format provided in Annexure C. This must be sent via email to jkpscsecretary@gmail.com on or before March 14, 2025 (Friday).
